Yangu House, 2026
Yangu House
A ten-storey tower in the heart of downtown Nairobi, redeveloped from the ground up. Now home to Family Bank on the third floor, with doors opening to tenants on or before September 2026.
Kiburi House, 2018
Kiburi House
Our registered office, on Kirinyaga Road – and a gazetted national monument. Bought by the company in 1948, Kiburi House was once the Nairobi branch office of the Kenya African Union and a meeting place of the Mau Mau War Council. Currently home to auto-spares traders, it is next in line for the same kind of redevelopment that transformed Yangu House. Read the full history →
Jogoo Road, 2019
Jogoo Road
Commercial units along one of Nairobi’s busiest and most visible corridors, offering strong tenant demand and steady rental income.
